The Notarization Process, Step by Step

2. Independent review. A second linguist checks the translation against the source, and names, numbers and dates are verified.
3. Notary confirmation. The document is presented to the notary with whom the translator is registered, who confirms the translator’s signature.
4. Delivery. You receive the notarized document, with wet-ink originals couriered to your address where the receiving authority requires the physical copy.
