Process & Certification
What is a sworn (certified) translation?
A sworn translation is one certified by a translator authorized before a Turkish notary, whose signature and stamp attest that the translation faithfully reflects the original. This certification gives the document legal standing before courts, registries, ministries, consulates and universities.
What is the difference between sworn, notarized and apostilled translation?
Sworn certification comes from the authorized translator and is accepted by most institutions. Notarization adds a notary’s confirmation of the translator’s signature, required by many courts and official bodies. An apostille completes the chain for documents used abroad. We advise which level your specific procedure needs.
Do I have to visit an office?
No. The entire process is digital: you upload a legible copy, we translate and certify, and you download a signed PDF. When an authority requires the physical copy, a wet-ink certified original is couriered to your address.
Will my translation be accepted by the institution?
Yes — we prepare documents to the exact standard each institution expects, based on years of experience with courts, ministries, consulates and universities. Tell us where the document is going and we format and certify it accordingly.

How much does a certified translation cost?

How quickly can you deliver?
Standard civil documents are frequently ready the same day. The exact, committed delivery time appears when you upload your document, based on its length and our current workload. Express delivery is available when you need it sooner.
Which languages do you translate?

Can I get certified copies for multiple recipients?
Yes. Order the translation once and add certified copies for each additional destination at a fraction of the original price, rather than paying to translate the same document twice.

Are my documents kept confidential?
Absolutely. Documents are transferred over encrypted connections, stored with controlled access and processed only for your translation, with strict confidentiality. An NDA is available before you upload anything, and we are glad to sign yours.
