Delivery Terms

1. Digital Delivery

Because our service is fully digital, the primary form of delivery is electronic. Your completed, certified translation is delivered as a signed PDF to your secure client panel, from which you can download it immediately. You receive a notification the moment your document is ready. For the great majority of purposes — online submissions, e-government portals, email to an institution — this digital copy is all you need.

2. Certified Originals by Courier

When the receiving authority requires a wet-ink certified original — as some courts, notaries and consulates do — we produce the physical document and dispatch it by courier to the address you provide. Courier timelines are additional to translation time and depend on the destination. If you know in advance that a physical original is required, please indicate this when ordering so we prepare it from the outset.

3. Delivery Times

The delivery time shown when you place your order is a commitment, not an estimate. It is calculated within business hours from the moment payment is confirmed and a legible, complete source document is received. Standard civil documents are frequently ready the same day; longer or specialized documents are scheduled backwards from your stated deadline. Where you select express delivery, the shortened timeline shown at checkout applies.

4. Conditions Affecting Delivery

• Legibility: timelines assume the source is clearly legible. If pages are unclear or incomplete, the clock starts when corrected materials are supplied.
• Scope changes: if you add pages or change requirements after ordering, delivery is rescheduled accordingly and any price difference is quoted.
• Certification steps: notarization and apostille involve third-party offices; the time these add is included in the timeline shown where those steps are selected.
• Public holidays: business-hour calculations exclude official holidays in Türkiye.

5. Checking Your Delivery

On receipt, please check that names, dates and numbers match your source documents and that the certification level matches your procedure’s requirements. If you identify a genuine translation error, notify us promptly and we will correct it at no charge, as set out in our Terms of Service.

6. Failed or Delayed Delivery

If we are unable to meet a committed delivery time for reasons within our control, we will inform you as early as possible and agree a remedy with you. Courier delays once a document has left our hands are outside our control, though we will assist in tracing any shipment. For any question about a delivery, contact us and we will respond promptly.

Because the delivery time is shown before you order, you can plan the rest of your procedure with confidence — booking the consulate appointment, scheduling the court filing, or arranging the courier onward — knowing when your certified document will be in hand. If your deadline is tight, tell us: express delivery is designed precisely for the moments when standard turnaround is not fast enough, and its shortened timeline is just as firmly committed.
